Professional Experience

• Leading the development and maintenance of the ManoaNow app using FireBase, Android Studio, Expo, React Native.

• Developing looks and functionality of Wordpress-hosted websites for an academic organization and program.

• Enforcing Ka Leo’s policies and procedures, including workflow and code of ethics
• Update and maintain all personnel and stipend records; create and submit weekly pay logs
• Coordinating and establishing deadlines with staff, supervising their progress via weekly check-ins
• Handling communication platforms for staff on Slack and through email

• Partnered with CS grad student to devleop a virtual reality visualization of Moloka’i based on Hawaiian cartography in collaboration with the LAVA Lab and Honors Program Director Vernadette Gonzalez and Masters Candidate in Computer Science, Kari Noe
• Demoed and presented prototypes at various conferences.

• Budget and Finance committee: reviewing and approving Campus Center Board budget.

Awards and Honors

Manoa Regents Scholarship, University of Hawaii at Manoa, 2018-2022

Scholarship awarded to top 20 incoming freshmen who receive an SAT score of at least 1340, maintain at least a 3.5 GPA in high school, and whose extracurricular achievements are shown to be remarkable.
